Spring into the Outdoors

Created Date: Apr 19,2017

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the flowers are growing. This can only mean one thing—Spring is finally here! The warmer weather encourages you to spend more time outdoors, and if you’re lost on what you could be doing, we compiled a list of a few friendly suggestions.

1. Go on a hike. Nature is beautiful, and Spring is the ideal season to venture into the wilderness. Bring a friend along with you, as well as some water, and enjoy the views together.

2. Start a garden. This is a perfect hobby for this time of year. Flowers are blooming everywhere, and a nice row of flowers will make your yard more colorful and eye-catching.

3. Fly a kite. If it’s a perfect, windy day, what better thing to do than to fly a kite? Soar high, but be wary of any nearby trees; you wouldn’t want to disturb a bird’s nest, or get your kite stuck on a branch.

4. Sit outside. You don’t have to be constantly moving to appreciate the weather. Pull up a chair on your patio, read a book or magazine, and enjoy the fresh air.

Now that we shared some of our recommendations for outdoor activities in Spring, where will your adventure take you?
